History

Allweather Landscape, Inc. was established in 1981 Being a Professional landscape maintenance company is the foundation on which our company was built and it continues to grow. Our stable, highly-trained work force and operational systems give us the ability to meet commitments and provide superior service to all our accounts. In 2016 the company restructured the management team to enhance our construction division. We continue to provide effective and superior services for all types and sizes of project throughout the central coast.

NEIL TOWERY, OWNER

Neil brings over 25 years of experience to Allweather. The last 15 years has been focused in landscape production construction throughout central California and New Mexico in both commercial and residential projects.  Neil has supervised 400+ employees to include landscape production installation crews as well as overseeing all facets of landscape and irrigation installation.   He brings his experience from working with companies such as Lennar Homes, Pulte Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Castle & Cook and many more that are known for their high quality craftsmanship along with fast pace production schedules here to the central coast Allweather team.

JESSICA TOWERY, OWNER

Jessica brings over 17 years of experience in the landscape installation industry. Jessica owned her own residential design build landscape company prior to moving back to the Central Coast. With her vast knowledge of plants, an eye for landscape details and overall project scheduling she has taken Allweather to a new level in the landscape installation division. Jessica’s daily involvement in our clients’ projects keeps them on track and within client budgets.

MARCELINO MORALES

MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Marcelino has over 9 years of landscape maintenance experience. As a Foreman for Allweather, Marcelino’s dedication to detailed work and customer service makes him a key player at Allweather. As our Maintenance Manager, he knows and understands the level of customer service and satisfaction that Neil and Jessica expect of Allweather and passes that onto our crews and accounts.

ARMONDO PERALTA

LEAD PESTICIDE TECH/ MAINTNENACE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Armondo brings over 5 years of experience to Allweather. As the Lead Pesticide Tech, he is responsible for safely spraying chemicals and adhering to all safety guideline set by California Environmental Protection Agency. Armondo is currently working under Neil’s QAC license and receives yearly training on acceptable policies and procedures.

CIRO MORALES

HEAD IRRIGATION TECH/ LANDSCAPE LEAD

Ciro brings over 18 years of experience working with multiple irrigation systems. As the Head Irrigation Tech and Landscape Lead for Allweather, his dedication and knowledge has made him a huge asset to the company.

Ciro is currently working on obtaining his Irrigation Tech certification.

ARTURO HERNANDEZ

MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Arturo has over 13 years of landscape maintenance experience. As a Foreman for Allweather for 4years, Arturo’s dedication to detailed work and customer service makes him a key player at Allweather.

As our Maintenance Manager, he knows and understands the level of customer service and satisfaction that Neil and Jessica expect of Allweather and passes that onto our crews and accounts.

EMPLOYEE STAFF AND TRAINING

Allweather currently employs Approx. 60+ employees in the central coast area. All current crew Lead Techs have a minimum 5 years of experience with Allweather Landscape Maintenance inc. All employees have been field trained on all field equipment used under this contract and Personal Protective Equipment. Along with field training, Allweather’s employees have met the sexual harassment training requirements and are OSHA compliant. Allweather also conducts a first time hire chemical training and a yearly chemical refresher course for all employees. Allweather’s average staff member has 7 years employed with Allweather Landscape Maintenance, with some staff having as much as 18 years on staff. Currently Allweather has a great safety and Illness injury prevention program in place, which has kept our mod rate low at 64.
